About the Director
Hello. My name is Donna Sapienza, Director of Little Lamb. I have been a child care provider here at Little Lamb since 1999, and I ran a home day care when my own children were younger. My husband Joe and I have been married thirty plus years. We have four adult children and three grandchildren.
My Philosophy
All children deserve love, attention, and nurturing. Little Lamb provides in all of these areas. We believe that positive reinforcement is important for children to develop self-esteem. Children need an environment that supports free expression and stimulates learning, allowing for fun in the process. We allow children to have hands-on learning experiences that foster age appropriate development. Little Lamb is a safe environment that provides children the opportunity to explore and grow during their formative years, instilling in them a passion for lifelong learning.
About the Teachers
LIGIA ARCHILA ~ Toddler Teacher
Ligia is from Guatemala originally and now lives in Framingham. She has worked at Little Lamb since 2008. She and her husband have been married for 13 years and have a school aged son. Ligia is taking classes to further her education, and incorporates her first language, Spanish, into the classroom curriculum.
MARISOL PADRO ~ Infant / Toddler Teacher
Marisol started working at Little Lamb in 2002. She has a three year old son who is in our preschool class, as well as a son at Natick High School and a daughter who attends Becker College. She loves to work with children and help meet their daily needs. Marisol enjoys spending her free time with her family.
GINA CERUTI ~ Floating Teacher
Gina has worked in the child care field since 2001. She has worked in child care centers, nannied for some families and also ran a home day care. She is married and has a beautiful 4 year old daughter, who is in our Pre K class. Since 2002, her husband’s career in the military has taken them to Mississippi, New Jersey and California and they currently live in Natick. When Gina is not working, she enjoys crafting of all sorts, going to the beach and spending time with her family
CINDY BRANDOLINI ~ Preschool Teacher
Cindy has been at Little Lamb since 2009, and loves being in the preschool class. Before Little Lamb, she spent 10 years as a nanny to a boy who is now 17. She loves working with children and helping them learn new skills.
DEBBIE DOUCETTE ~ Preschool Teacher
Debbie is a mother of two children and has been at Little Lamb since 2008. Prior to this, she ran a home day care for 8 years. She really enjoys children and seeing them explore and create in their own way. She has lived in Framingham for 11 years with her husband and children.
DOREEN FRASER ~ Pre K Teacher
Doreen has been working in the early childhood field for over 30 years, and is director qualified. She has worked with infants thru Pre K as well as some school age children. She is, and loves being in the classroom as our Pre K teacher. She worked here at Little Lamb 6 years ago and is delighted to be back with us again. She is a mother of five, and a grandmother of one.
ALICIA FRASER ~ Infant/Toddler Teacher
Alicia has been working in child care since 2006, mainly with Infants and Toddlers. She is one of 5 siblings. When not at work, she loves spending time with her animals, a dog, Tonka and a cat, Maisie. She currently live in Marlborough.
VICTORIA EMETAROM ~ Floating Assistant
Victoria came to Little Lamb in May 2011 after working for 18 years at Bank of America. Her job is to do what needs to be done and she does it. She loves and appreciates children, believing they are God’s angels. She has two children, a son in his second year at UMass Lowell and a daughter, a graduate of BU.
